I wanted to be a writer since I was three years old. So I became one. During the day I wrote nonfiction; at night I wrote fiction. After working as an editor, writer, production manager, and lead writer for 42 years for publishing companies, associations, and corporations, I retired. Now I write fiction and nonfiction full time.
My husband and I met in 1981 at Balticon, a science fiction convention, and live in northern Virginia with our intellectually challenged, but sweet, tuxedo cat Cocoa. We love books and art. We own over 10,000 books and over 250 pieces of art, including paintings, scratchboards, pen and ink drawings, and sculptures.Â
